Registration for Troops must be done through the Scout Shop.

Online registration ends at 11:55 PM on Wednesday, October 23.
Cut-off for registrations through the Scout Shop is noon on 10/25. The registration fee will be $30 if registering on the day of the event.
Please contact us at 561events@scouting.org if you are registering online and plan to bring any youth under 5 years old.
Include in the e-mail the name of the parent attending the event, as well as the name and age of the youth.

New to Haunted Forest For 2019!!
- You may start showing up at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, 10/25 to setup camp. There will be someone available to direct you to your assigned campsite.
- Check-in on Friday will be from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. Check in on Saturday will resume at 7:00 A.M. and end at 2:00 P.M.
- There will be NO campsite setup permitted after 9:30 P.M. on Friday night, and nobody will be allowed to enter Camp Tonkawa after 10:00 P.M.
- There will be a concession trailer open on Friday from 4:00 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. (or until the food runs out). It will offer hot foods such as hot dog and hamburger plates.
- The Trading Post and snack bar will be open from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on Friday.
